Adventureland sharjah

As one of the leading indoor entertainment centers in the UAE. the 70,000-square-foot Adventureland is known for its thrill rides and family friendly atmosphere. Located inside Sahara Center, it is home to 20 rides and attractions that include three indoor roller coasters and the first suspended zipline in Sharjah, and over 70 high quality of video, simulator, and redemption games.

Casper Consultants started working with Al Itharan Group over a decade after the parks initial opening, contracted as the General Manager tasked with restructuring operations to improve park attendance and revenues. Various tactics were employed from park renovation, social media and digital marketing, loyalty membership programs, and new capital investments that succeeded in improving revenues and EBITA. Casper Consultants also assisted with the client's expansion into other markets of North Africa, including Adventureland Morocco.
