Summary of Services: Project Management for Family Entertainment Center (FEC) development in Russia.
KCC Entertainment Design created the Happylon concept specifically for the Russian market, with the intent to provide a more sophisticated offering than other FECs in the region. One of Moscow's largest indoor amusement parks, the 650-square-meter park was winner of 'Best FEC in the world' award by IAAPA shortly after opening. Happylon Pirates Park opened as the third park in the franchise at 4,500-square-meters in size.
Casper consultants was contracted by KCC Entertainment Design to provide project management services to the client, assuring the park was built on time, within budget and in accordance with the intended design.
